Housing is available for all our employees in our dormitory, located adjacent to the Crescent Tavern complex.
Male employees generally live on the first floor and the women share the second floor.
There are bathrooms with showers and laundry facilities on each floor. There are two people in each room. The dormitory is governed by a set of rules that are spelled out in the Employee Handbook. Please become familiar with these regulations before applying for employment.
We want you to have fun, but understand we believe your first priority here should be work. You are sharing housing with more than 65 individuals.
You may live in other housing on the island, but since the island is small and lodging is a premium employee housing is difficult to find and expensive when available.
The dormitory has a large lawn and front porch. It is air-conditioned and the rooms have small refrigerators and microwaves. There is a volleyball net and outdoor grills.
A dorm parent or parents live at the dormitory full time.
