The Crescent's General Manager joined the family owned restaurant in 1991 when he was 18 years old and started out working in the kitchen as a dishwasher and helping with food prep. He quickly advanced to line cook during the Crescent's busy lunch time and then was promoted to Bar Manager when he was just 21.
